Overview
In 2004, just about every PBS station was hijacked by a strange program called "Papa Gaguibit's Playhouse" and caused nearly every station to go offline. Meanwhile, news stations begin reporting details of the incident and revealed the person behind it which ended up becoming a high speed police chase.
